House2Home Supported Housing CIC is a specialist supported housing provider working in partnership with Local Authorities and support agencies to provide safe, high-quality accommodation for people experiencing homelessness and those at risk of homelessness.
Founded in 2022, House2Home Supported Housing CIC was established to address the growing need for high-quality supported accommodation across the North West.
We work collaboratively with Local Authorities and third-party agencies to support individuals facing homelessness, offering not just a place to live, but the tailored support needed to help residents rebuild stability and move forward with confidence.
Our services are fully needs-led, recognising that every resident’s circumstances, challenges, and goals are different.
All referrals are reviewed promptly, with initial decisions made within 24 hours. Where appropriate, an in-person assessment is arranged to ensure the placement is right for both the resident and the property.
We adhere fully to Regulator of Social Housing standards, ensuring our services meet high expectations for safety, quality, and governance.

As an international property investor I was looking for a hands off approach and wanting to go down the social housing route. Through connections I met Ryan at House2Home. I can say that the process and communication was fantastic. As a new investor in HMOs, it was a huge learning curve. Ryan explained all the rules and regulations and made himself readily available to have a discussion around any concerns I had all the way to hand over including any snagging issues during the build.
