We deliver sustainable, needs-led supported housing services, tailored to each resident’s individual circumstances. By combining safe housing with personalised support, we help people rebuild stability and work towards independent living.

As an international property investor I was looking for a hands off approach and wanting to go down the social housing route. Through connections I met Ryan at House2Home. I can say that the process and communication was fantastic. As a new investor in HMOs, it was a huge learning curve. Ryan explained all the rules and regulations and made himself readily available to have a discussion around any concerns I had all the way to hand over including any snagging issues during the build.
Once I handed over the property, it was very smooth and hands off. I am paid my rental on a monthly basis, no questions asked.
