At House2Home Supported Housing CIC, we provide secure, well-maintained, and fully furnished accommodation for people experiencing homelessness and those at risk of homelessness.
Our accommodation is designed to offer stability, dignity, and a safe environment where residents can begin to rebuild their lives with the right support in place.
We currently provide:
Shared accommodation with individual bedrooms and communal living spaces, suitable for single adults who benefit from a supported living environment.
Independent living accommodation with private facilities, supporting residents who are ready for a greater level of independence while still receiving ongoing support.
Spacious properties typically offering 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, suitable for families and, in the future, couples. These homes provide a stable and supportive environment while residents work towards long-term housing independence.

All House2Home accommodation is fully furnished and ready to move into.
In addition, all new residents receive a new bedding set, duvet, and pillows on move-in, helping them settle in comfortably from day one.
Resident safety is a top priority.
We work closely with residents to promote a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment.
All properties are managed directly by House2Home.
This hands-on approach ensures accommodation remains safe, compliant, and well maintained at all times.
There are no fixed timeframes for accommodation.
Each resident’s stay is based on their individual circumstances and progress. While accommodation may be short or medium term, the focus is always on move-on and long-term housing stability.
Placements are carefully assessed to ensure suitability for both the resident and the property.
